What happens

  1. Book a time that suits you.
  2. Share what you have. The listing, the numbers, your questions. Share only what you are comfortable with.
  3. We talk for 90 minutes. We look at the opportunity, the risks and the questions to ask before you sign.
  4. You leave with next steps. A clearer view of whether to walk away, dig deeper or move ahead.
  5. You get an invoice after. If you continue working with me, the full $300 is credited.
